What we need from you

A few recorded calls, messages or exports, in the languages you really use. Recordings are sent to an AI service for analysis, and we agree how everything is handled before we start.
Your rules, even roughly
What the assistant or the agents must and must not do: identity checks, refunds, what they may promise. We turn them into checks in plain words.
A person to talk to
Someone who knows the work and can tell us if the results feel right. Their judgment is the test.
We agree the scope, how long it takes and the cost with you before we start.
